Who is collecting responses?

Tom Harris is organising this independent community proposal for a pump track in Lowndes Park. This survey is not run by the council, Friends of Lowndes Park or Love Lowndes.

What we collect and why

The form records your view, connection to Chesham and anticipated household use. You can optionally provide the first part of your postcode, comments, offers of help, your name and email. We record when you respond and your choices about contact.

Feedback helps assess local interest, identify concerns and shape discussions about feasibility. Name and email are optional. The form is for adults aged 18 or over; parents and carers can represent their household.

Contact is your choice

We will send campaign updates only if you tick the updates box. We will contact you about helping or your feedback only if you tick the separate contact box. You can change these choices by emailing the organiser. This form does not subscribe you to any other mailing list.

Who can see responses?

Individual responses are stored in the website’s hosted database and are accessible through an organiser-only page. Website hosting providers process information to operate the service. We may share anonymised totals and themes with the council, potential funders and project partners. Names, emails and identifiable comments will not be published or shared as campaign evidence without further permission.

Keeping information

Responses will be reviewed within 12 months and deleted or anonymised when no longer needed for this initial interest-gathering stage. Contact information for updates will be kept until you unsubscribe or the campaign closes. The organiser will review information needs if the project moves into a new phase.

Cookies and technical information

The campaign does not add advertising trackers or optional analytics. The optional video is hosted by Facebook and is only loaded after you click to load it. Loading the player connects your browser to Facebook, which may use cookies and process information about your visit under its own privacy policies. You can choose not to load it and still use the rest of this website. Hosting and sign-in services may use essential security cookies and technical logs. The campaign does not ask for your full address or store your IP address in survey responses.
